Terms and Conditions

Using club9k.org means accepting these terms. They are short, because the club is simple: a free puzzle, no accounts and no money.

1. What 9K Club provides

9K Club provides free access to a browser puzzle called Reach 9 at club9k.org. The club provides no accounts, no stored balances, no prizes and no paid services of any kind.

2. Club points

Club points are a score. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred, redeemed or exchanged for anything, and carry no entitlement of any kind. They are stored in your browser and may be lost whenever your browser data is cleared.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting.
  • Do not copy the site in order to present it as your own club or as an official 9K Club property.
  • Do not use the 9K Club name to distribute files, apps or offers the club has not published.

4. Availability

The site is offered as it is. The club does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and may change, suspend or withdraw the game or any page at any time without notice.

5. Your data and your device

The game stores its state in your browser. You are responsible for your own device and browser settings, and the club cannot recover a board or a score once the storage holding it has been cleared. See the privacy policy.

6. Intellectual property

The 9K Club name, logo, site design and game implementation belong to the club. You may play the game and link to any page freely. You may not republish the site's code, artwork or branding as your own.

7. No affiliation

9K Club is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other company, application or website using a similar name, and the club is not responsible for anything found on such sites.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the club is not liable for any loss arising from using, or being unable to use, this website — including loss of a game in progress, a score or club points. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Age

The arcade is intended for players aged 18 and over. See play well.

10. Changes and contact

Updated terms appear on this page with a new date. Questions go to hello@club9k.org.
